This was an interesting project. The previous plumbing installation was done by cutting large grooves into the floor joist to make room, and then the floor was put down on top. The floor had a slant to it also. We removed all of the original plumbing so that we could attach new joists to the original to regain their strength and make the room level. The plumbing and electric were replaced, and we installed this beautiful bathroom.
